Return Policy

  • No returns/exchanges on washed items
  • No returns/exchanges on damaged/stained items
  • No returns/exchanges on sale or custom items
  • Shipping cost on returned items is the customers responsibility
  • Shipping cost on exchanged items is the customers responsibility both ways. (to Linens etc. and back to your address)
  • For returning/exchanging, make sure the package is sealed before sending it off.
  • Once we receive your returned items we then inspect them and check that they have not been washed or damaged/stained. If the items are in perfect condition you will receive a refund/exchange for those products and the GST and you will be notified by email. If the items have been washed or damaged/stained you will not receive a refund. If at that point you wish to have your items back we can ship them back to you at your cost.
  • We highly recommend that upon receiving your order you wash one sheet multiple times to see if it suits your needs.
  • You have 30 days from the time you receive your package to return/exchange it if you wish. Any longer after that period will not be accepted.
  • We do not offer credit, only refunds.
  • Exchanges need to be approved and confirmed by Linens etc. before you wish to send your items to us.

Linens etc. is not responsible for any damages from staining that may occur. We offer free samples of our fabrics so that way you can test the fabrics for staining prior to placing an order with us.
